If you are unhappy with your syrup order and want to return it for a full refund (minus shipping), please email me.
If the item arrived damaged or otherwise not intact, we’ll refund the entire cost, including shipping. Please take photos of the damaged shipment and email them to me so I can follow up with the postal service.

The Burnt Kettle website is secure. We use a security certificate from Let’s Encrypt.
We do not collect credit card information on the Burnt Kettle website. Credit cards are processed via PayPal for this reason.
We do collect email and mailing addresses for the purpose of filling your order.
Your addresses will not be sold, traded, or shared. We may send you announcements from time to time of new products or new retail outlets, or specials and coupons.
You may unsubscribe to these announcements by using the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of every email.
We do use Google Analytics and Statcounter on our website to monitor traffic to the site. We do not record private, individual details and do not store IP addresses for any use.
